The duo is teaming up with audio platform Quinn for a three-episode spicy audio romance titled Ember & Ice. Set in a world of warring kingdoms, the actors will play two fae princes, Dane and Finn, from the rival Solari and Lunare courts. Unlike many Quinn originals that feature a self-insert listener role, this series focuses entirely on the intimate connection and tension between the two princes.

According to a press release, the story is about "choosing love in defiance of expectation." The first two episodes are scheduled to drop on December 30, 2025, giving fans the perfect year-end treat. Quinn CEO Caroline Spiegel noted that the pair's "special chemistry" is what makes this collaboration so exciting for the cultural conversation.

The actors poked fun at their growing reputation for "enemies-to-lovers" roles in a recent social media clip. In the video, Williams arrives late to a set with a hockey helmet, only for Storrie to remind him they're doing "romantasy smut for Quinn." Williams quickly swaps the gear for a pair of wings, signaling their transition from athletes to magical royalty.

While Ember & Ice is the immediate focus, fans of Heated Rivalry don't need to worry about the future of their favorite hockey stars. Entertainment Weekly recently confirmed that the show has already been renewed for a second season, ensuring that Storrie and Williams will continue to dominate both the screen and audio charts.
