Court records from Riverside County reveal he has amassed 12 criminal cases since August 2023, with 8 of those occurring in the past 12 months. His father, Joseph Mendez Jr., shared that Chase has been battling bipolar disorder, schizophrenia, and substance dependence for over a decade.
