"I'm really getting in the guy's face and I'm really trying to get him angry with me," Chalamet explained. After several takes, the extra finally snapped, but not in the way Chalamet expected. The man leaned in and whispered: "I was just in jail for 30 years. You really don't want to f--- with me. You don't want to see me angry."

Chalamet admitted he immediately turned to Safdie in shock, realizing he had inadvertently challenged a man with a very real history of violence. The actor broke into nervous laughter while retelling the story, highlighting the thin line between film sets and reality.
