The 35-year-old actor, who worked as a performer and dancer at the theme park, alleged that management chose to retaliate against him rather than address his safety concerns.

Lawrence stated he delayed the announcement for about one month in hopes of finding an amicable solution. "I cannot be associated with an organization or people that don't care about performer or guest safety," he wrote, accompanying his post with a photo of his former staff ID.
