Today, SanDisk confirmed that mainstream WD Blue and high-performance WD Black SSDs will be discontinued. They'll be replaced by SanDisk Optimus-branded disks. In an effort to maintain continuity for current users and IT professionals, SanDisk plans to keep the original model numbers intact.
