According to reports from media outlet OSEN, the conflict centers on a 30 million KRW (approximately $20,400) fee from Company L. This amount, which should've been paid to Park Na-rae's agency ANPARK, was instead transferred to the account of YYAC, a corporation led by her former manager, Mr. A. Park Na-rae's side claims they weren't informed of this transfer and only discovered it recently while communicating directly with Company L.

Defense and Ongoing Police Investigation

Mr. A has flatly denied the allegations. In a recent interview, he asserted that receiving the fee through YYAC was done after consulting with Park Na-rae beforehand. He noted that YYAC was established in August 2015 and that the comedian was well aware of its existence. Mr. A also confirmed that he cooperated with police questioning on December 20, 2025, maintaining that all transactions were authorized. As both parties remain firm in their positions, the industry is closely watching the investigation's outcome.
