Despite presenting the award for Best Actress in a Motion Picture Musical or Comedy, Anderson admitted she fled the venue shortly after. The reason? A lingering resentment toward Seth Rogen, who executive-produced the Hulu series 'Pam & Tommy'—a show Anderson feels exploited the most painful period of her life.

Anderson noted that seeing Rogen in "the pit" made her feel like "chopped liver." She reiterated that the comedian still owes her a public apology for dramatizing the 1995 sex tape scandal without her consent. "How can someone make a TV series out of the difficult times in your life?" she asked, emphasizing that she's a "living, breathing human being."

Ethics of the 'Pam & Tommy' Narrative

While Anderson remains furious, the creators of the series have defended their work. Showrunner Rob Siegel previously told Entertainment Weekly that the show's sympathies lie entirely with Pam, portraying her and Tommy Lee as victims of a crime. However, the lack of direct consultation has left a permanent rift, with Anderson calling the production a case of rubbing "salt on the wound."
