It wasn't just one driver who fled. New NYPD details reveal a horrific double hit-and-run claimed the life of former Nickelodeon child star Kianna Underwood. The actress, beloved for her role in 'All That,' was pronounced dead at the scene in Brooklyn at age 33.

The NYPD's Highway District Collision Investigation Squad has updated the timeline of the incident that occurred on Friday, January 16, around 6:50 a.m. Investigators determined that Underwood was crossing the street at a marked crosswalk on Pitkin Avenue and Mother Gaston Boulevard when she was struck by two vehicles consecutively.

The first vehicle, a black 2021 Ford Explorer SUV, was driving "counterflow" to traffic after crossing the yellow line. After the initial collision, Underwood was on the ground when she was struck again by a black and gray sedan. Both drivers fled the scene immediately, and no arrests have been made so far.

A Grieving Father's Question of Compassion

In a heartbreaking, since-deleted Facebook post, Underwood’s father, Anthony Underwood, expressed his agony over the lack of help his daughter may have received. He compared the incident to seeing a fox hit on a curved road, wondering if anyone stayed by her side. "Did anyone try to comfort my baby as she lay dying in the street alone, or did they just stand around with their phones?" he asked.

Underwood joined the cast of 'All That' for its 10th season in 2004. She also provided voices for the animated series 'Little Bill.' As the community mourns, police continue to search for the individuals involved in this tragic event.
