鞏固東歐防線：韓國「天舞」多管火箭系統銷往愛沙尼亞，合約總值3億歐元
韓國貿易投資振興公社（KOTRA）宣布與愛沙尼亞簽訂價值3億歐元的政府間合約，將出口韓華航太製造的「天舞」多管火箭系統。此為繼波蘭後，該系統再度銷往歐洲國家。
韓國貿易投資振興公社（KOTRA）週日（21日）宣布，已與愛沙尼亞國防投資中心（ECDI）正式簽署政府間（G2G）合約，將向這個東歐國家出口韓國製的「天舞」（Chunmoo）多管火箭系統（MLRS）。簽約儀式於愛沙尼亞首都塔林舉行。
據KOTRA指出，依據合約內容，韓華航太（Hanwha Aerospace）將在未來三年內，提供6套天舞火箭發射車及三種不同型號的導彈，合約總價值高達3億歐元（約3.515億美元）。「天舞」系統最初為應對北韓砲兵威脅而設計，能發射多種不同射程的火箭與導彈，具備快速、精準的火力打擊能力。
此次交易建立在兩國國防部長今年10月於首爾簽署的採購諒解備忘錄（MOU）基礎之上。近年來，愛沙尼亞積極強化國防實力，該國政府已宣布計畫在2029年前投資100億歐元以提升防衛能力，本次軍購正是該計畫的關鍵一環。
這也是「天舞」系統繼波蘭之後，第二個成功打入歐洲市場的案例。值得注意的是，愛沙尼亞早在2018年便已向韓華航太採購K9自走砲，顯示雙方在國防領域的合作關係日益深化。KOTRA表示，其在本次政府間合約中扮演締約方角色，此類協議通常用於國家安全、複雜計畫或緊急需求，突顯了兩國政府間的高度互信。
