The dispute traces back to the viral success of 'Cupid'. After the song's global explosion, three former members filed for an injunction, which ATTRAKT claimed was instigated by 'outside forces.' Keena, who eventually returned to the agency, provided crucial testimony stating that Ahn Seung Il had instructed the members to leave their dorms secretly.
