Singer Lily Allen, 40, is embracing her post-split chapter in a very public way. On December 19, she hosted a Christmas party at London's famed Stringfellows club, where she was reportedly seen getting cozy with 28-year-old writer Jonah Freud, sparking widespread media attention.

This new romance comes on the heels of Allen's highly publicized split from Stranger Things star David Harbour earlier this year. The couple married in a Las Vegas ceremony in 2020.

Allen channeled her heartbreak into her fifth album, 'West End Girl,' released on October 24 after a seven-year hiatus. She told The Times the record illustrates the "deterioration" of her marriage, touching on open relationships and emotional betrayal. Created in just 10 days during what she called an "emotional collapse," Allen said, "I go into the studio, cried for two hours and then said, ‘Let’s make some music.’"

One track, 'Madeline,' fueled intense speculation with lyrics like, "How long has it been going on? Is it just s*x or is there emotion?" The Times later reported that costume designer Natalie Tippett was the woman allegedly involved with Harbour.

However, Tippett has publicly denied the claims of a long-term affair. In a series of Instagram posts, she stated, "I did not have a three year affair with anyone... I don't weaponize women against women for the behaviour of men, especially not in an open relationship."
