Soyou clarified that she isn't forcing herself to lose weight. In fact, she's actively trying to gain muscle. Despite enjoying hearty meals like tacos and fried rice, her weight continues to drop. "I don't know why I've lost so much," she confided in the video, emphasizing that her current goal is health management and strength building rather than traditional dieting. The secret behind her lean physique lies in what she calls an infinite exercise loop. Soyou’s days in Bali are packed with alternating sessions of yoga and gym workouts. From reducing swelling through morning yoga to hitting the gym right after dinner, she admitted to being an exercise addict. This high-intensity lifestyle, focused on protein-rich meals and constant movement, seems to be the primary driver behind her unexpected weight loss.
