It's the moment Marvel fans have been waiting for. On January 13, 2026, the fourth teaser for Avengers: Doomsday officially dropped online, offering a first look at an unlikely alliance between The Fantastic Four, the nation of Wakanda, and the underwater kingdom of Talokan.

According to Entertainment Weekly, the new footage features Ben Grimm (Ebon Moss-Bachrach), also known as The Thing, stepping out of a retro-futuristic aircraft to meet Shuri (Letitia Wright) and King M'Baku (Winston Duke). This meeting marks the first formal contact between the heroes of Earth-828—a technologically advanced 1960s reality—and the modern Marvel Cinematic Universe.

The alliance doesn't stop there. Namor (Tenoch Huerta) and his fellow Talokanil, who were primary antagonists in the previous Black Panther installment, appear to have formed an uneasy pact with Wakanda. They're all uniting against a singular, looming threat: Victor von Doom, portrayed by Robert Downey Jr. This historical connection dates back to 1966's Fantastic Four #52, where Black Panther made his comic book debut.
